My Friend, BOULET

As most of you know by now, I went to art school in France.
Between the years of 1995 and 2000 I attended the Ecole des Arts Decoratifs de Strasbourg.
Not only was it a great school, but it was attended by GREAT people!

One of them being my friend BOULET!
Even before graduating, Boulet was already extremely popular with his strips and his own brand of humor.
He went on to have a GREAT GREAT career in Graphic novels in France where he is quite famous actually.
A few years back, Boulet started a Blog, http://www.bouletcorp.com/blog/

There, he would post one page comic strips.
In a few months, his blog became one of the most read( if not THE most read) blog in France)

And now he's started an English version of his strips.
Go check out his new English blog HERE!

Since we are on the subject of Strasbourg, here's another memory sketch.
As students we use to go eat a cafeteria called "FEC" which was fairly close to the school.
This is a very vague memory of what the place where it was looked like.

Have a GREAT day!

Hello! I just started following your beautiful blog a few days ago. . I wanted to know, this art school you went to in France, is it possible to attend as an English speaker from another country? If not this one, do you know any other art schools in France that would be more accepting to foreigners??
I'm from Canada and it's so hard to find information about attending schools in other countries especially when the culture is so different there! I hope I'm not imposing.

Thanks RC

Luce.
Hello.
How are you?
yes, it is totally possible to do that.
we had some foreign students in our class actually.
No one from Canada, but we had an american girl( Theresa Brown Barnoin) and some exchange students from Germnay and Holland ( I think)
If you want to learn more about that school, look at this link

Salut pascal!
A bientôt!

Merci!
